We are a recruiting firm searching for a confidential Medical Device client of ours. Our client is a Global Player and has many years experience in the field of refractive surgery.
This position is located in Munich:
Customer Service Administrator – Spanish/English/German (f/m)
Your responsibilities will include:
- Customer Call Reception
- Order Administration
- Order confirmation and monitoring of dispatched goods
- Quotation, service invoicing and contract administration
- Invoice preparation and customer communication
- Full sales support of designated area
- Sales follow up (with ERP report)
- Support for financial department (e.g: Customer calls for overdue invoices)
- Holiday replacement within department
Skills and Experience we are looking for:
- Education: BA in business administration or similar.
- Fluent in Spanish, English and German.
- Experience
- Customer Service Understanding
- ERP Knowledge.
- Experience in Export can be a plus.
- Spanish native is a plus
